Messages directly inserted into email folders (by, for example, procmail) are
not detected as new mail by Mozilla.  The solution is to scan all email folders
for new mail.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. connect to imap server
2. create a new mail folder
3. go to a shell and append a message to the folder (cat newmsg >> folder)
4. click get new mail

Actual Results:  folder stays un-highlighted

Expected Results:  folder name switches to bold
