Didn't notice an open bug for this. New IA2 proxy is at: a11ysoft.com/ia2/proxy-dll/ (Pete wants someone to verify it... http://lists.linuxfoundation.org/pipermail/accessibility-ia2/2013-April/001795.html)
FWIW, Mozilla doesn't need to worry about the proxy DLL. ATs that need it handle this. (In fact, NVDA builds its own copy.)
