* Remove submodules referenced.

* Pin exact versions of those installed

* Remove things that already in vendor (e.g. playdoh-lib) such as html5lib, bleach

* Check that the existing versions match
I forgot we had this bug, and at this point, bug 862407 is slightly more specific, so resolving this as DUPE of bug 862407.
