Review and make any refinements to install flow for packaged apps

Note:
- Assume no APK installation until Q1/Q2 2014 - you may hear noise of a prototype / sandbox, however, this is work is not on the product roadmap
- About Apps pane as a potential space for Firefox Mobile apps management
