Details

Need to be building a standalone libjar library for the Mac Install Wizard to
use in uncompression of the XPInstall engine; applicable to the scenario when
the Mac Install Wizard is on a CD and is not going through the SmartDownload
lib.

NOTE: This may go away if the SmartDownload interface is updated to determine if
we are conducting a local install versus a network install.
Summary: Standalone libjar build on the Mac → [PP]Standalone libjar build on the Mac
Target Milestone: M10
Need to verify if SmartDownload supports uncompression without trying to connect
to the net.

Setting target milestone to M10, need this support for Beta 1, if we can't get
our work around.
