Attachment: Inari wifi button shows "off" when wifi is really "on".

Description:
User is able to browse via wifi but wifi on/off button in settings shows it off.

Repro Steps:
1) Manually update to Inari Build ID: 20130417070205
2) During FTU connect to a wifi network.
3) After FTU ensure Cellular & Data are off in Settings.
4) Open browser and browse to a web site via wifi.
5) Open Settings - Wifi

Actual:
Wifi toggle switch shows "off" position.

Expected:
Wifi toggle switch to show "on" position.

Note:
It appears the wifi switch is broken in settings because also, if the User does NOT set up wifi during FTU, the User will NOT be able to turn wifi switch to "on".
No networks can be searched and found.

Verified that I got an ip address and it shows the wifi in the status.
One can toggle the wifi in the notification status bar, however you can't set up a new network connection.  (ie if you go from the office to home...)  You have to rerun the FTU.

I found the wifi switch is broken in Gaia: 2d048a9bdae54e4ec7d48326c2130591c8b869b6.
It's very similar to Bug 863587. Update the Gaia works for me.  
Can you help to double confirm ?

I believe this was a dup of some other bug.  There was a wifi patch that was sent out via email, and probably pushed into a build.
