Already raised in last weeks dev platform meeting. Lets make sure to re-remind people again in this Tuesday's mtg, in case we missed anything before dropping the axe. A newsgroup post would be good too, in case anyone didnt notice the blogposts and meeting notes.

config dump and dumpbuilders diffs look ok. Passes test-masters.
