Steps to reproduce:

1. Open ff and Start a file download in it(using inbuilt download manager of ff).
2.The download starts and its happening in a small icon (down arrow).
3. Exit firefox.


Actual results:

No notification is shown regarding the ongoing download.
Although the download continues at the back end and is still visible when I open ff again.


Expected results:

A notification should have appeared(when I try to close ff) telling me that some downloads are ongoing.
Moreover when i close ff, the download list window should appear showing me the progress of Current Files being downloaded
