Transition for opening tab tray
Let's refine what happens when you open the tab tray a bit. Right now, the counter and menu icon pull down with the title bar, which breaks the "layers" mental model a little. I did some transition explorations here, and we'd like to try either 2a or 2b http://cl.ly/1T2z3k1H2H1v
Before submitting a patch, here are three builds implementing different options: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1187037/tabs-panel-alpha-anim.apk https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1187037/tabs-panel-slide-anim.apk https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1187037/tabs-panel-alpha-n-slide-anim.apk
These are all great. The one major thing we want to fix, though, is that the tab counter and menu icons should no longer slide down with the title bar. If you look at the animations, I have versions where they either fade away, or the tab tray controls slide down over top, or they move up off the screen as the tab tray controls slide down.
