865001 - Firefox localized builds are shipped with en-US updater.ini file

STR:
1) Download and install localized Firefox build (e.g. http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/20.0.1/win32/ru/Firefox%20Setup%2020.0.1.exe)
2) Open "c:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\updater.ini" 

Expected results: updater.ini is in Russian
Actual results: updater.ini is in English

Unfortunately, ftp.mozilla.org doesn't keep a lot of nightly localized builds for regression hunting. With release builds I've been able to determine that it was broken between Firefox 17 and Firefox 18.

This needs the fix from bug 760998 in compare-locales to be picked up by releng.

Can you update your clone in http://hg.mozilla.org/build/compare-locales/ to RELEASE_0_9_6 from http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n/compare-locales/, and flag that for production?
