If you use the selection monocles to select some text on a web page, clicking on links will not work while the text is still selected.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open Firefox Metro
2) Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page
3) Double tap on some text and select a few words with the selection monocles
4) Once the text is selected, attempt tapping on some "text links" located on the same web page (You will notice they will not work)

Current Behavior:

- Having text selected using the selection monocles, links on the same web page will not work when tapping them

Expected Behavior:

- Even if the user has some text selected using the monocles, tapping on a "text link" should work without any issues
