hi, when saving a bookmark by dragging the little symbol from the url-bar into a folder on the personal toolbar, the folder does not open. that means, the new bookmark will be saved just "somewhere" in that folder (that means it's added at the bottom). so i neither can save a bookmark in a subfolder nor decide the exact position of the bookmark in that folder. in pratice, that means i press "Ctrl-B" all the time to manage my bookmarks "by hand". Browser Version is Mozilla 0.9.1 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.1) Gecko/20010607) regards, thomas
sorry folks, i was a bit too fast with complaining before investigating properly: it seems it is not possible to change the order of bookmarks in a folder at all (like it used to be in netscape 4.x). will this be implemented in 1.0?

I think this is actually a duplicate of bug 53707, "RFE: dragging a link onto bookmarks button should open menu".
Correct jesse. See also bug 81994 which claims that the drop isn't even always working. VERIFIED Dupe. Rather than reopening and reduping(spam) I'll just add the following nifty comment. *** This bug should have been marked as a duplicate of bug 53707 ***
