Details

Tried several times to boot into clonezilla via usb and disk. Will not boot but will continue trying.

Ashlee, Turns out hard drive was bad. After replacing the HDD, I was able to boot into clonezilla just fine. Please pick up the mac mini from scl3 and reimage over at scl1 when you get the chance. Lets order 5 more of the 160gb SATA hard drives for these mac minis. I will open a new bug ticket for it.
Reimaging talos-r3-fed-031 now.
