Steps to reproduce:
My colleague forwarded an email to me as an attachment (using Thunderbird). I opened the attached forwarded email by clicking 'ForwardedMessage.eml' and hit Reply All. I wrote my message and clicked Send. My colleague received my reply so it was in fact sent.
Actual results:
The message was not listed in my Sent folder.
Expected results:
It should have been listed in my Sent folder.

It turnes out this was due to Thunderbird not using the correct account when composing the reply, see bug #867539 for the discussion related to that.
