I think we can use MenuUI here. We'll need these for simple prompts, and for notifications like adding a bookmark. See bug 783232.

As we discussed, we decided to use a flyout notification for adding a bookmark.
Once the star bookmark is pressed down, a simple flyout slides in from the bottom navigation app bar. 
In this video, transition of slide-in takes 0.25s, and the notification disappear after 1s.

In the video, I was exploring several different visual style for the flyout
a. Window 8 native style. Rectangle box
b. Grey background and white texts in a rectangle box. 
(Since we talked about using a semi-transparent box for URLs on full-screen browsing, maybe that style could be applied here)
c. Grey background and white texts with a pointer to the bookmark icon
(We used the similar "doorhanger" style for info bar) 
d. Windows 8 style with a pointer to the bookmark icon

Stephen, which visual style should be apply here?

Based on the feedback from UX critique, we agreed upon using d: White background with a pointer to the bookmark icon.

Its style should be consistent with the info bar.

Also, this style should be applied to notification for creating a secondary tile.

Yuan, is this still a valid bug? We never implemented prompting for bookmarks.
