to support testing of the new hg server version, our build machines need to be able to access hgssh.stage.dmz.scl3.mozilla.com via http & ssh. per discussion in irc, sounds like adding the flows for this would be the easiest. Please let us know what other info you need.

So build network (only releng.scl3 or scl1 as well?) and not build-vpn?
