If you scroll with two fingers and don't remove your fingers from the trackpad, then the scroll bar indicator should remain showing.

Bug 868648 is closely related to this one, and for anyone interested, the discussion seems to take off there. Being quite new to bugzilla, I'm not sure though if I should mark this one as a duplicate.

Overlay scrollbars have been disabled in FF23 per bug 895203. Removing tracking flag.
Didn't block FF24's release, so no need to track for FF25. We'll consider an uplift request when ready.
This bug was fixed by patch to bug 868648. Marking as resolved/fixed.

I don't know why the flags were reset by my previous comment, so I just changed those I could to their previous values. Tracking flags are still messed up.
