steps to reproduce: 1. Launch the marketplace-altdev app on your phone/desktop 2. Navigate to the details page for any app 3. Click on Report Abuse 4. Submit the Report Abuse form observed behavior: Report Abuse submission fails with a zamboni 403 error User is stuck on this page since hitting back button doesn't work.
