87005 - offline: imap: Offline&Disk Space prefs (make inbox downloadable & create new folders select them for offline) isn't remembered/working

The following prefs are not remembered for Imap's Offline & Disk Space pref:
 -Make messages in my Inbox available when I am working offline
 -When I create new folders, select them for offline

The select button works fine. Disk space pref isn't working but that's
a known bug (bug 86014).

Rodney and I think it might be a regression from the 'Lock Offline & Disk
Space Prefs' bug 82805.

Using 2001-06-18-08-trunk/ on linux 2.2, red hat 7.0 and
2001-06-18-09-trunk/ on win 2k, I don't see the regression.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create new profile
2.Start Messenger
3.Create a imap account.
4.Click ok when done creating account
5.Go back to Edit|Mail/News Account settings
6.Click on Offline & Disk Space
7.Check the checkbox for both prefs
 -Make messages in my Inbox available when I am working offline
 -When I create new folders, select them for offline
8.Click ok
9.Repeat steps 5 & 6
10.Notice that both prefs don't have the checkboxes marked.

If you try to do a "Get mesg" to download your inbox or
create a new folder, nothing happens (as in the inbox
is not dowloaded and the folder is not marked in the Select
Items for Offline Usage window).

Using Seth's fix in bug 86996, it will resolve this bug (thanks Eddyk).
Changing status to Assigned and will resolve it when Seth's patch lands.

for Imap's Offline & Disk Space pref:
 -Make messages in my Inbox available when I am working offline
 -When I create new folders, select them for offline
