Not a third party app developer bug. This is because we don't have update URLs specified in the partner app customizations for the TuMe and Rhapsody apps for the stubs to get the actual apps from.
We need URLs from the Marketplace team and then someone from the customization group needs to update this.

Sorry, I don't see you on IRC, so asking here: I just got CC'd and I'm not sure what you're looking for from comment 6. App update URLs for the marketplace? If so, please link to the TuMe app, I don't see it.

These are stub apps. They need a mini-manifest URL off of marketplace that we can reference so that when each of the apps become available on marketplace, we can update these stub apps to have these apps.
In other words, I'm looking for manifestURLs that the stubs "Rhapsody" and "TuMe" can reference (e.g. https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/9f96ce77-5b2d-42ca-a0d9-10a933dd84c4/manifest.webapp).

Rhapsody already exists (https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/rhapsody/) and has an update URL of https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/c1d9d398-e84b-499e-90c8-dfacd32064d4/manifest.webapp (which is a 500 and we're looking into, but the URL shouldn't change).
TuME isn't in the marketplace from what I can tell. If you upload it I can tell you its URL.

Okay. Sounds like we have a plan of action for Rhapsody.
Bouncing over to Karen what's the story with TuMe.

Tu Me submitted an update to their stub app this morning. It has passed functionality review, but still needs code review since it's a privileged app. We're working to get the code review completed by Saturday at 5pm Pacific.
I don't have any updates on the status of Rhapsody's stub app update.

Sounds like then the resolution for Rhapsody on this bug is to remove the app.

Are there any gaia commits here that need to land on a release branch?

Nope. This is a customization bug (not part of gaia/gecko, separate repository TCL manages).
