1. Enter customization mode.
2. Drag and drop the history widget to the nav bar(it also happened with the bookmarks widget, but it was removed on recent jamun builds).
3. Exit customization mode.
4. Click on the history widget located in the nav bar.

Result:
The panel is not properly aligned to the nav bar button.

Expected result:
The panel should look like any other panel.

This WFM on OS X. Is it still broken on Windows? If so can we update the platform/OS fields, please?

It's not perfect (see bug 871155 for general panel problem), but it's resolved by me on Windows.

It's not happening anymore on windows. If the problem is not present on any other OS, would be fine to mark this as resolved.
