Not sure what this is yet, but I suspect it is a problem with the page.
I do not see the behavior but it sounds like an almost sure duplicate of bug 86075. 

Reporter (Ian): Could you check some of the pages listed there to see if the
problem is similar? For now I mark it a dup of bug 86075. If you disagree, feel
free to reopen.
