Steps to reproduce: 1) In the notification bar choose to download "Required update" 2) After uncompressed file choose "Install later" 3) Open the notification bar again and choose download the "Required update" 4) Choose "Install Update" 5) Cancel it quickly 6) Choose to update again Actual result: A warning didn't come out as UX states that it should have a warning for ota download about charges. Expected result: Cancelling first update means next time when you allow ota, it is still the first update. A warning should come out since it's the first time ota.
