L10n changes need no review, so if you can push to dom-inspector/ you can do it yourself if you like.

That's right, but I only have Level 1 access on Hg.

Why, everyone always notifies me about this. What do you think, should I apply for Level 2 access on Hg?

Well, I can't speak for others.  I said it because
- you and I haven't had any type of correspondence before, so I didn't know whether or not you could, and
- I'm not aware of any way that I can check what level you have

I don't know.  Are you doing Level 2 work?  Do you have someone familiar with it who can vouch for you?
