Details
dictionary MmsParameters was removed in bug 868312 attachment 751197 [details] [diff] [review], but we definitely need some documentation to tell API users what to do with the call.

Where to put the info?
Btw, from the lesson learned by the recent integration with Gaia end, I think another related work is we need to add more sanity checks for the parameters. If the parameters are not invalid or well-formed, we need to return .onerror earlier in the content process.

FxOS/Gonk has been removed from the codebase. Mass-invalidating FxOS related Device Interface bugs to clean up the component.
If I incorrectly invalidated something, please let me know.
