steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/mi-movistar/ with settings->region set to US
2. Change your region to Spain and reload the link

expected behavior:
When user loads the details page for an app not available to them (status 451), we show a nice error message "This app is not available for your region"

This seems like a similar bug to bug 870020.

A custom 451 error message is currently impossible until we have a separate `{% except %}` for it. The 404 pages are now cleaner though.

Adding basta to this since he's going to write the 451 logic.
