Bug 866174 introduces a regression increasing the perceived performance. We need a 320px icon to mitigate the responsive loose for the Usage application.

I've preferred to not re-open bug 828155 as the nature of the bug is very different.

Verified fixed, the issue no longer reproduces.

Followed the steps of bug 828155 mentioned in comment 0, based on that it is confirmed that sequence of ~4 different screens do not appear upon launching the Cost Control app.
