bug 875089 added back the tutorial button, but it's not planning to be in the userbar for long, should be in an appbar instead.

We don't have an appbar, and probably should.

I cannot find that ticket, but maybe they should be one ticket anyway? Which, in this case, I just filed it :P

The appbar has UI comps made somewhere. I'm going to need them if another ticket does not already exist.

Going to CC Cassie on this to get the UI comps.
