Details

Description:
When the user browses cnn.com on their device the proper format is not compliant with the correct format for the device


Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Unagi Build ID: 20130523070206
2) User opens the browser app 
3) User types in cnn.com in browser 


Actual:
The cnn.com website is not displayed in proper web page format 

Expected:
The website cnn.com is displayed in the mobile version format and does not use the user agent override to format the web page correctly.

Not able to reproduce on V1 train using:
