The 11 most recent failures in bug 722166 (crashes on startup of "am instrument" for robocop) have all happened on tegra-262.

When it isn't doing that, it is setting retry for bug 874972. This tegra is worthless, broken, garbage, responsible for *slowing down* end-to-end time for tegra tests to a significant degree. Disable it, please.
