Using netscape Linux build ID 2001062506: Paste: https://store.aolshopdirect.com/stores/gx.cgi/ShoppingBasketAdd?GSStore=aoldir&PrId12828PrId=1&o_c=AOL1 Into the URL bar, and press enter. Nothing happens. If you go to http://store.aolshopdirect.com, then press add to cart, it will work.

I noticed this bug reappear in 0.9.1+ since 22.06 (both trunk and pre0.9.2). It appear if you enter URL witch is NOT in autocomplete menu. Pressing enter (even more than one time) does nothing. Page doesn't open also when opening url from Windows Explorer (starts new empty mozilla window) For addresses from autocomplete or history everything works fine Oh i almost forgot (maybe this is important) - I use -turbo (quick launch) mode.

No matter what https-link I click or enter, nothing happens. For example https://freemail.web.de/ Although I configured my Mozilla 0.9.3 Win32 (browser-only installation) that it is should handle https (Edit -> Settings -> Advanced -> System).

Tried re-installing Mozilla which didn't helped. Then I decided to install Mozilla with the real browser-only option and recognized that this also installs the Personal Security Manager. Now Mozilla works with https links too. My problem was that I always did a custom installation and only marked the pure browser and the talkback option. Maybe this could be the problem of Stephane Saux too.

I've reinstalled Mozilla (Navigator only + SSL) from scratch and also got rid of existing config files and all of a sudden it works for me. So, please kindly ignore previous comment.

Invalid per reporters (and other) comments. PSM needs to be installed to display https. Filed bug 101786 on UI notification for no https handler.
