The events app should retain the logged in state of the user from other components of webmaker.org

An example of this is can be seen in Thimble:
thimble-node.mofostaging.net

We've drafted some examples of how this was implemented:

Additionally, if a user is NOT signed in when they attempt to create an event, we should require them to log in.
