877556 - Clearing "Save passwords" also clears out Sync Password (disconnecting you from Sync)

Currently, if you clear "Save passwords" using the "Clear Private Data" under the "Options" flyout, it will also clear the sync password resulting in disconnecting the user from sync next time Firefox Metro is launched.

Lets say in my situation, I have two machines synced and I want to clear the passwords from Computer A and then sync that into Computer B so it also clears the passwords. With the current implementation, there's no way of doing that as you will also be disconnected from "Sync"

Maybe we can add a "Sync" option under the "Clear Private Data"?

Steps to reproduce the issue:

- Ensure that you have two Firefox Metro devices paired

1) Open Firefox Metro
2) Select the "Settings" by pressing "Windows + Z" -> "Options"
3) Deselect "Browsing history" and ONLY keep "Saved passwords" enabled under "Other data (passwords, cache, cookies etc) and then select "Clear"
4) Close Firefox Metro
5) Open Firefox Metro and select "Settings" -> "Sync" (notice that you are no longer connected to the pair device)

Current Behavior:

- Clearing "Saved passwords" will remove the "Sync" password and then disconnect you from the paired device

Suggested Behavior:

- I think that clearing the passwords shouldn't disconnect you from the paired device. Clearing "Saved passwords" should only remove passwords that have been saved on websites.
