From Bugzilla Helper:
BuildID: 2001061804
When downloading a file, the server does not report a content length, but
Mozilla seems to recognise this as content length 0. The result of this is
invalid time remaining and percentage complete fields in the download window.
Attatching a screenshot.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
Attempt to download the file (I couldn't reproduce it because it was cached by
my proxy)
Actual Results: See screenshot
Expected Results: The file size should be reported as unknown instead of zero,
and the time remaining and percentage complete fields should say not available
or something similar.

I can't reproduce it using Linux 2001062421.
The file downloads fine with no negative numbers in downloading dialog.
I've seen it on Linux CVS build 06/25, but not always. I didn't reproduce it
with the same file, but I will try if I encounter it again. The URL given above,
however, works for me. Anyway, as I've seen this as well, I'm marking new, even
if we lack steps to reproduce the problem. Jason, did you try to disable your
proxy and try again?

Okay, tried it from home (no proxy) with the same build, and that file works
fine. Strange.

On linux (2001062521) The Jakarta-tomcat url didn't cause it, but downloading
openoffice did,
