878448 - Use new contribute mail address for German contribute form

Description

[Sebastian Hengst [:aryx] (needinfo me if it's about an intermittent or backout)]

In bug 856876, a new mail address has been created for the German community members which get the mails from the German "Get involved" page and respond to it.

http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contribute/

This bug is for using it as the recipient of the mails which get generated when people submit the form.

If you can't access bug 856876 (where you find the host of the mail address contribute@... in the title), please tell me.
