Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable tabs.onTop is enabled, and multi-row tabs with Tab Mix Plus extension.
2. Disable tabs.onTop is disabled, much space in window title bar is unused.



Actual results:

1. Much space right and left of tabs is unused. See screen shot...
2. Much space in window title bar is unused. See screen shot...



Expected results:

1. Solution should be fond by Tab Mix Plus extension.
2. Place navigation bar in window title bar.

As from bug 738543 there seems to be a solution, but I don't know how to enable it. Can you please give a hint?
