878596 - [MozWiki] Links in email notifications are broken

Email notifications sent from the wiki contains a non-linkable address to the page diff view when requested. 

Here is a sample email message I've recently received. This problem reproduce on every message sent from the site.

Please note the line "See [...] for all changes since your last visit." which should contain the site address before the question mark, which will make the it linkable.

I guess this problem occur because of something that went wrong in LocalSettings.php, but it could be also something wrong with the email template.

Regression range: somewhere between January to April. I can confirm that I have a message dated back to January which doesn't have this problem.
