The external install opt-in screen doesn't support the use case of multiple add-ons being dropped by the same installer. This is a fairly common use case, so we need to figure out a way to allow users to opt-in to multiple add-ons without it being too annoying. This is partially dependent on bug 834385, where we're trying to add a vendor-provided message to the opt-in screen.
Well it supports it in that it should open the new add-on tab multiple times, one for each add-on. Granted that isn't a great experience.
