(Filed from Australis tabs ui-review #1)
The border on the selected tab appears to be blurriness on Windows. See http://cl.ly/image/3z3g0D313Z0A and http://cl.ly/image/0R2J3f0O183P
Worse with more tabs, possibly worse with flexing.

We discussed this in an Australis meeting and we think this isn't a blocker.

Do we know why this is happening? Are the images just blurry or is this a graphics problem?
Matt, since you are basically the owner of the new tab design implementation, do you know the answer?

This screenshot shows that the Windows stroke fades out to a larger spread than the stroke on OS X. It looks like updating the images will fix this bug.
Stephen, can you provide new images here that are more similar to OS X?

So I can look at the image. However I don't actually think this is a problem with that. I think this is the same issue as with the SVG mask distorting the bitmaps things as you start to add more tabs.

You can see in the links from comment 0 that the left side of the tab is aligned and sharp and the right isn't. You can see this in practice by populating the tab strip with 5–10 tabs and messing with the window width. Seems to be Windows specific, or at least I haven't noticed it on OSX.

I think you called this out in the original UI review, but this has all been redone since.
Any concerns with the current Windows tab border? If not, let's close this.

I can't seem to reproduce this on the latest Nightly. So fixed maybe? \o/

This is very noticeable with HiDPI on Windows.
