Details

In bug 740919, gkmedias.dll was added to dependentlibs.list to make it easier to find by WebRT. However, this means we prefetch the entire 3MB file on every startup, at a cost of ~150ms during cold startups. 

Can we find some other way to make this library available to WebRT?
