88061 - No Preference to use other mail client

Mozilla has no preference, as Netscape 4.x did, to send mailto: links to the mail 
client application set in the Internet Config preferences.

Oh, I see.  First I thought it was a dup of bug 34819, then maybe bug 11459, but
this may be slightly different -- it's a platform issue related to those other
bugs (use of Internet Config).

So it's also possibly related to bug 68515 or bug 5721, which deal with picking
up Internet Config stuff.

In short, I think this bug is covered.  Marking dup of 11459 for lack of
anything perfect.  [e-mail], please reopen if there's something these
other bugs don't cover.
