Armen, were we planning on making this failure a network exception? Currently it's showing up as a test failure.

Because "metrotestharness.exe" is what the harness thinks is the active test name at the time of the failure, it needs to be in the summary for tbpl to find the bug.

No problem, I just wanted that "Intermittent" in there for email filtering.
