The top sites *title* is exactly the same looking as the "Bookmarks" and
"Recent History" *links*. When I first seen this I thought there was a bug
that snapped view didn't show bookmarks and recent history under their
respective titles.  

Yuan had a great suggestion for this:

I think we can just add a '>' to the end of the strings...or would that be a localization problem?

I suppose this bug is my punishment for merging all the start header strings into one set, because now I need to split them back out again :)
Maybe we want the '>' on the non snapped screen too? I'd check with Yuan because you can click those too.
Asa wanted them nonclickable on the mainscreen, so I will make that so.
