FYI, we have this amazing tool called MXR, you can use it to find references to things.
Last missed occurrence at http://mxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/source/mozilla/docshell/base/nsDocShell.h#844. Will you fix it?
This broke comm-central so filed bug 883532 for it.
