Details

When you toggle the "Enable remote debugging" or another restart-required option in the options panel, a little Restart link should appear. This happens in about:addons when you enable/disable and extension, and it's quite handy.
I am thinking of doing that in bug 881807 . Maybe dupe this to that ?
