Can we copy the en-GB strings into an en-CA locale so we can get an en-CA locale stood up. This would have a few effects:
- encourage contributions from the Canadian community by lowering the initial setup barrier
- enable us to set different search providers targeted for the Canadian locale (and therefore different from the ones used by our American friends)

Sorry, but we should have people first, and then do the repositories etc.
We really need people interested in pushing en-CA forward, otherwise we'll always do the work ourselves. Which basically means I or Jeff volunteer to do en-CA, and I surely don't.
I'll resolve this WONTFIX.
