88388 - right side scrollbar incorrectly displayed in modern theme

The navigator window right side scrollbar is almost *not* displayed in recent
nightly builds (2001061804, but I have tried another post-0.9.1 before, with
same results). 0.9.1 does not have this behavior.

I do not see this behavior in the mail windows, but I see it in form text fields.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a navigator window.
2.Load a page that will produce a scrollbar.


Actual Results:  See the screenshot.

Expected Results:  A nice rendered scrollbar.

I haven't been able to find this bug in the db, but it might be there. I'm sorry
if this is the case.

I would be surprised if noone noticed that. ;)

The funny thing is that your build is from 20010618 and the fix was checked in 
on 20010619.
