The DVI cable that runs through the wall from the camera to the vidyo box in JK needs to be replaced.
Hey Timh,

One of our vidyo rooms in Mountain View is down, was having issues with the camera. After troubleshooting, we found the issue to be with the DVI cable. Let me how soon we can schedule someone to replace the DVI cable that runs through the wall that connects the camera to the vidyo box. Thanks.

Hey Henry,

Is that cable DVI on the camera side and DisplayPort on the Vidyo side?

Thanks,
Jared
Hey Jared, a cable with DVI on both ends would probably work best since DVI is available on both the camera and vidyo box.
Hey Henry,

John Neff just went there and found an HDMI unplugged that fixed the issue. He says everything is all fixed up and you can clear out the work around gear you put in there.

Thanks!
Jared
Awesome, thanks Jared.
