 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 [CHW]Can't exit call waiting setting UI when no SIM card.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Device without SIM card,enter setting->call settings.
 2.Click set or cancel can't exit call waiting setting UI.Back to homescreen then enter setting,still on call waiting setting UI. ->ko
 3.Long press home key to delete call waiting setting recent UI,then can enter setting UI normally.

 Can exit call waiting setting UI after press set or cancel.

The call setting panel in the setting app is disabled in case of SIM absent. I'mo not able to reproduce the bug. Could you try to reproduce again this bug please? Thanks!

As jaoo and rexboy already stated, you should not even be able to enter this menu. Can you check with uptodate build and provide STR for entering the Call Settings menu when there is no SIM card ?

After this patch https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/pull/9621/files, when no SIM card and airplane mode the Call Settings and Cellular & Data are disabled.

Yes, and disabled means we CANNOT access it, so how are you able to access them ?

Ok, this bug was opened before the patch. At that time, this issue exited. Now as we can not access them, maybe you can close it.Thanks!
