Fix to bug 84344 was applied to both branch and trunk and should have only been
applied to the branch. See comments in bug 84344 for details.

The code need not be backed out. Hyatt ended up agreeing that the code should go
on the branch AND trunk given the slim likelihood of anyone fixing the related
bugs anytime soon. 

However, there could probably be a pref to control this, set to 'instantaneous'
mode for the trunk. Resummarizing.

I presume that if instaneous is enabled then a dialog box should be popped up
commenting that setting to instaneous may cause some unpredictable results when
switching themes until mozilla is restarted.
I think it should be a debug or hidden pref until it works reasonably well, and
then it shouldn't be a pref.

Like for bug #88932, dynamically switch is working fine on 2002011604, so could
we close that bug now ?

I think this bug does not need to be fixed anymore. Marking 'Wontfix'.

Please reopen if this is wrong, but since nobody replied to Julien Cegarra I
think this is correct.
